Recently, Gangwhoo Cosmetic Hospital has recorded multiple signs of individuals taking advantage of the hospital’s brand to carry out payment account impersonation, placing many customers at risk of transferring money to the wrong accounts and suffering financial losses. In response to this increasingly complex situation, the Hospital officially issues this urgent warning to help valued customers proactively prevent potential risks.
Increasing signs of impersonation – Customers are urged to remain highly vigilant
According to records from the Customer Care Department, there have been cases of individuals claiming to be representatives or consultants of Gangwhoo Cosmetic Hospital, contacting customers to guide them on deposits or service payments while providing bank account information that does not belong to the Hospital’s official system.
These individuals often use sophisticated tactics such as:
- Copying the Gangwhoo brand name
- Using images, logos, and content similar to official channels
- Creating a sense of urgency to prompt customers to transfer money quickly
With just one missed verification step, customers may transfer funds incorrectly, lose money, disrupt their aesthetic treatment plans, and face difficulties in resolving the consequences. In reality, many cases stem from misplaced trust or failure to verify information in time, leading to regrettable losses.
Given the current situation, Gangwhoo Cosmetic Hospital considers this a serious issue that must be communicated clearly and promptly to protect customer rights as well as ensure transparency in the Hospital’s operations.
